Our main product is boiled dried anchovies (sprats), which range from 4 – 8 cm in length. The fresh anchovy is taken from fishing boats directly. We only take fresh and good quality fish from the boats. It is then taken to the factory, cleaned and boiled right away. It is then sun dried for the whole day. The boiled Dried Anchovy is stored in a freezer until the stock is enough to fill a refer container for export.
We have the capacity to process 10 tons of fresh anchovies per day at the moment. We also have the capacity to export around 20-80 tons of boiled dried anchovies per month depending on availability. We have three main suppliers of fresh fish including our own fishing boat.
We have been in the business of fishing and exporting fish for about 20 years. We are well known for maintaining quality and have great customer satisfaction. Price may wary according the supply and demand, of which we will notify at the time of order.
