SELECTION
Selection by parcel, taking into account the grapes varieties, the soil, the age & the exposure of each plot of land.
VINIFICATION
Partially by skin maceration. Fermentation is made in stainless auto regulated tanks with selected yeasts at the temperature of 18°C to 20°C.
WINE TESTING
Sight: a pleasant pin color with Orange nuances
Nose: the nose is fine & intense with notes of raspberry, cherry & Grenadian
Taste: a beautiful intensity throughout the tasting
Overall impression: a wine of sweetness, subtle & fond.
