Through our strategic manufacturing partnership in Madagascar, Blue Pacific offers a full range of 100% Bourbon Vanilla Extracts and Vanilla Oleoresins. We cure our beans on the Northeast Coast of Madagascar through our vertically integrated curing station. This unique set-up allows us to hand select only the highest quality beans while extracting them at a higher than normal moisture rate. This provides unparalleled flavor and aroma with distinctive bourbon top note usually lost to other flavor houses when beans have lower moisture for export purposes.
The Bourbon Portfolio includes: Bourbon Prime Select, Bourbon Supreme, Bourbon Gourmet, Bourbon Master Blend, Bourbon Special and Bourbon Hyper-Concentrate (equivalent to 300 fold). The products are available in 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x and 20 fold oleoresin.
Blue Pacific also offers its domestically produced Indonesian Java Extracts in single fold, 2x and 10x fold.
Vanillin content is generally included in a range of 1.6 to 1.8 grams per fold and per liter.
