Each tea bag contains Brahmi extract equivalent to 2000mg of dry herb providing higher potency formulation. Use of spices in the formulation enhances the absorption of the herb and also acts as a good digestive.

cinnamon and Cloves
Use of milk and sugar is as per the taste and tea drinking habits of customers. In Ayurvedic formulations milk and sugar are extensively used and they do not affect the efficacy of the herb.

Brahmi
Brahmi, Bacopa monniera, is considered the foremost memory tonic in Ayurvedic medicine and the chief constituents are saponins Bacoside A and Bacoside B.
Various studies indicate that bacosides A and B improve short-term and intermediate memories thus improving the long term memory. The bacosides also significantly enhance protein synthesis in those regions of the brain which are implicated in the memory formation, a possible explanation for its memory improving effect.
