SIMPLE BATCH DISTILLATION BRANDY
Simple batch distillation still.
Aging procedure solera (used 8 scales), in 500l boots of American oak which had previously contained sweet Malaga wine (Moscatel or Pedro Ximenez). The aging time is over 4 years.
Dark amber, yellow highlights - green. Spicy scent Vanilla - Cinnamon - cloves, wood soft tone, clean notes ketone by shaking thin. Sweet, strong wood, vanilla aftertaste, very pleasant aftertaste.
Drink alone at the end of a meal with coffee and chocolate. It is also perfect with ice and mix with Soft drinks .
