1.  Buyer will issue LOI. 

2.  Seller will issues F.C.O

3. Buyer will issue ICPO & BCL

4. Buyer and seller will sign the contract ready for export.

5. Buyer will issue Non-operative SBLC and Seller will activate with  2% PB.

6. SGS inspects the shipment at the port of loading. Buyer is entitled to be present when the inspection takes place.

7.  Vessel is loaded. 

8.  Seller sends invoice, shipping documents and SGS certificates to buyer. 

9.  Buyer sends payments by TT or MT103 to seller's bank. 

10. Shipment arrives at port of discharge
