OTHER SUGAR PROCEDURES

  1) Buyer issues a LOI/ICPO , including Buyer’s bank information and  authorization for Soft Probe  or BCL
  2) Seller issues FCO + we will provide you with ICC NCND & MFPA Contract .

  3) Buyer sign, seal and return the FCO signed and stamped,  accepting price and sale terms ,  sending to the Bank of Seller,  way swift MT 999,  as proof of funds

  4) Seller issues Draft Contract
  5) Buyer sign, seal and return the Contract, seller sign the Contract and return to the Buyer

  6) Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract to their respective Banks

7) Within 3 (three) banking days, Buyer Bank sends a Non-operative SBLC for total   shipment value to the seller’s Bank

  8) Within 5/7 days Seller's Bank sends Proof of Products (POP) + PB 2%  via Swift Bank to Bank methods to the Buyer’s Bank      

  9)  SBLC operative.

10) Shipment 35/60 days after the Buyer's Bank released the financial instruments to the Seller's Bank.
