SHIPMENT: Minimum Shipment 12,500 MTS in 30-45 Days and Rest in 30 Days and after Receipt of Payment Instrument to the Seller’s Bank.
INSPECTION: S.G.S Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Seller’s Cost shall inspect the Commodity at Place of Loading.
Procedures
1. Buyer issues ICPO + BCL or RWA by top 25/50banks.
2. Seller issues FCO
3. Buyer signs and seals FCO and return to Seller
4. Seller issues a draft contract for the buyer’s review, after all terms are approved, both Parties sign the contract.
5. Both parties do electronic signature of the contract
6. Both parties send and lodge copy of the executed contract to respective banks
7. Within 3 (three) banking days, Buyer Bank sends a non-operative BG or SBLC to the seller’s Bank.
8. Within 5/7 days Seller’s Bank sends Proof of Product (POP) + PB 2% via Swift Bank-to-Bank method to the Buyer’s Bank.
9. Buyer issues the BG or SBLC operative.
10. Seller invites Buyer to Brazil to see their ship loading. Shipment begins as per contract
