Work Principle-

1. It adapts to automatic production. After being pressed by two set of pressing dough roller and rolling dough device, dough sheet becomes glossing and stable.

2. Every pressing dough roller is controlled by thickness regulation device to add to the products thickness or reduce products weight. While flour pieces pass through pressing dough roller and rolling dough device, its speed is controlled by photoelectric eyes for sake of the transport speed of mainframe being too fast to lead the flour pieces broken or block for too slow speed.

3. After flour pieces pass through the last set of pressing dough roller, it will fall down the conveyer of mainframe.

5. Then flour pieces are filled by Separated Filling Stuff Machine and pass through roller and auxiliary roller and be made slip shaper.

6. Turn on the Separated Encrusting Machine and set up cutting Length to regulate the dimension and weight of end product we needed.

7. The machine possesses synchronization regulator and is easy to operate. Customers can match Plastic Cutter Encrusting Dough machine or Steel Cutter Encrusting Dough machine according to their need.
