Frozen Clam meat & Mussel meat
Used as materials are clam/Mussel caught alive from unpolluted waters, blanched in water at high temperature, shell removed to get the meat, graded, washed and IQF frozen, all the shell meat undergos strict test to ensure the finished meat free of shell toxin.

Frozen Mixed Seafood
We take shrimp meat, squid tentacles, squid fillets, mussel meat clam meat and octopus granules, each in proper proportion, as raw materials to make mixed seafood.
Ratio: Shrimp meat 10%; Mussel meat 25%; Clam meat 10%; Squid 25%; Octopus 30%
