I jar Brickstone’s Cherries in Calvados
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
½ cup chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp molasses
1 tsp grated ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp ground cumin
2 cups crushed tomatoes
1.Mix all ingredients in heavy saucepan, simmer for 30 minutes
2.Pulse in blender until still coarse
3.Store in refrigerator until ready for use
