O peration and M aintenance
STEP 1. the machine should be debugged before use, can be put in use until debugging to normal status.
STEP 2 .connect water tank to the water pump - feed - line, connect back - conduit .then stir salt water even ly before pouring into the water box.
STEP 3. switch on the power, first start automatic Conveyor ,let the belt running, open water pump operation after the machine runs well,then can put in pieces of meat for the injection .
STEP 4. each time after the injection, immediately run off surplus liquid materials, and pouring water into the lines , until there is no precipitation in the machine, this procedure is to avoid starch precipitation cause pipeline jams, affect the normal work .
STEP 5 . according to STEP 4 inspect each needle unblocked or not, such as a pinhole blockages, should remove and dredge the pinhole before use
STEP 6 . after the completion of the operation according to 4, rinse again the other parts . should keep equipment clean and tidy .
STEP 7 . the pump is prohibited to run when without water.
STEP 8 . it is strictly prohibited to aim clean - water cannons at electrical parts .
