Traditional labour-intensive salting processes are now being outmoded by advances in brining technology from AFOS. Designed for use if process lines prior to smoking or drying, the AFOS Brining Lines offer maximum production of throughput including optional loading hoppers, dying and tray loading facilities for all types of fish, fillets and shellfish.
