Broad bean or Fava bean,Peru price supplier

Broad bean is the dried mature seed of the specie Vicia faba L.; they have a green or brown colour and they look very similar to the lima bean in shape; being large, broad and flat. When peeled they have a soft creamy colour.

Also known as dried fava bean, they have a mealy, granular texture and an assertive, slightly bitter flavour. They are available whole, peeled and splited.
