BÜCÓ Coconut Milk is the pure extract of coconut meat, combined with natural stabilizers and pack in SUP (Stand Up Pouch) and Retort processed to preserve the freshness and natural flavor of newly squeezed coconut milk .
PRODUCT APPLICATION
BÜCÓ Coconut Milk is best used in beverages, sauces, liquid ice cream pre-mixes and other liquid applications as it allows an even more convenient processing by eliminating the need to hydrate or dissolve a powdered product before use. Coconut Milk is a widely known ingredient for coladas and oriental sauces.
SHELF LIFE
BÜCÓ Coconut Milk has a guaranteed shelf life period of 12 months from Date of production under proper storage conditions, in cool dry place, at temperatures of 20°C to 30oC while keeping the integrity of the package. It is recommended that the product be consumed before the expiration date marked on the outer package.
