Buco  desiccated coconut  is the shredded and dried white meat of fresh and mature coconuts, which has the natural taste, flavor and aroma of fresh coconuts.


PRODUCT APPLICATION
Buco Desiccated Coconut  is used mainly in Confectionery products such as cookies, biscuits, macaroons, cakes, custard pies, as chocolate centers and as toppings and decorations. It is also used in specialty confectionery items such as snack food.


INGREDIENT
Buco Desiccated Coconut  is produced from shredded white meat of fresh and mature coconuts and normally contains sodium metabisulfite added as preservatives, unless otherwise specifically requested. White meat Sodium Metabisulfite
