This Bulgarian RED WINE is produced from two traditional grape varieties - Shiraz and Cabernet.
Shiraz & Cabernet
This is a blend of two of the traditional world Grapes varieties, produced from the grapes grown up in selected vineyards. The wines from the distinguished grapes varieties are produced separately from selected, well-ripe, picked by hand and delivered to the winery in crates grapes.The wine aged for 12 months in new French barrels. The wine aged in bottle for 3 months before releasing on the market.
The wine has beautiful and dense ruby red color. Its aroma is intensive, made from the scents of red berries, blueberries, dried blue plums, having also nuances of chocolate, Vanilla and spices . Its taste is rich and fruity , tender with a tone of elegant oak . The body of the wine id full, soft and long with pleasant aftertaste.
It is suitable to be served at temperature 17-18°C with game, cheese, red meat and on its own.
