Burgundy wine straight from the propriety
Since 1770 the family Tupinier cultivated the vine on the soil of MERCUREY. Our wines are aged in oak barrels in caves along the centuries-old traditions of Burgundy. The harvest is done manually, the vinification is traditional, and the bottling is done at the Domain. For all these reasons, our wines are harmonious, balanced, and nicely structured.
Since 1997, Manuel Bautista succeeded his father in law Jacques Tupinier, thereby carrying on exploiting a domain of 10 hectares of MERCUREY vineyards appellation that he is now developing.
Our wines are aged in oak barrels in our cellars of the 17 th century, carved into the rock.
