Grand Fermage butter is in a strong position in the gourmet butter market: it is No. 1 on the Charentes-Poitou AOC butter market and in the sea salt butter segment.
Charentes Poitou AOC butter is manufactured in the traditional way using good quality fresh cream, organically matured in compliance with the AOC rules. It is this maturing process which gives the AOC butter its special nutty flavour.
Our sea salt butter made with Noirmoutier salt, contains sea salt, natural and delicately flavoured, harvested by hand by the salt panners on the Noirmoutier salt marshes using traditional techniques dating back over a thousand years.

Grand Fermage has enriched its range with an organic churn butter, available unsalted and slightly salted, with a beautiful yellow colour. It is produced using a long, slow churning process which gives it its delicate texture.
Eurial Poitouraine also offers two ranges of regional butter, closely linked to the historic origins of the group's co-operatives at Notre-Dame-des-Landes and Ligueil.
The group also produces butter sold under distributors' own brands and economy ranges in special packs for the food industry.
