For over 50 years we have been producing and marketing exclusively the typical products of our region: Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, butter and hams. We involve passionately in our job, as the founding partners once did. We strongly believe in the respect for nature and environment and it?s for this reason that we offer a whole organic range composed by butter, Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano, produced with the milk of cows out to pasture, traditionally milked and in total absence of chemical additives. The butter we produce is made only with the cream coming from the milk used to make Parmigiano Reggiano; its quality is without equals, since the feeding of the cows is strictly controlled by the regulations valid for the production of the "King of Cheeses"
