The Fiandino butter is produced following a strictly controlled churning process, guaranteeing top quality to the consumer.
The milk is selected from the best stock farms of the Piedmont area, it undergoes outside and in-house analyses and later a natural skimming process. The high-temperature pasteurization of the cream, obtained exclusively at the dairy, guarantees healthiness and genuineness to the end-product.
The numerous tests and the selections carried out throughout the years at the farm have allowed to identify particular milk enzymes, which added after the pasteurization, give to the butter the typical fresh aroma of the Fiandino Countryside Butter.
It is important to underline that the particular milk skimming treatment and the subsequent procedures follow scrupulously the applicatory decrees of the UE directives.
The butter is packed in pats of different weights: 125, 250 and 500 g. They are distributed all over the national territory. The daily washing and disinfection of the machinery are a further guarantee of hygiene through every stage of the production: the care for these aspects makes the Fiandino butter one of the most genuine and fresh butters on the market.
