Creamy White Truffle from Piedmont, handcrafted by Davide Curzietti's company 'Le Trifole'.
Characteristics: the creamy white truffle has a unique flavour able to exclusive embellish different dishes. Ideal on toasted bread, pasta, such as tagliatelle, tortellini, ravioli and so on, and meat courses. Excellent also on fried eggs.
