Cabbage Red Color
Source: Red Cabbage Color is obtained by aqueous extraction and purification of fresh leaves of Red Cabbage. It contains anthocyanins and other flavonoids. Solubility: Be soluble in water, alcohol and acetic acid. Be insoluble in oil. Color hue in the end product depends on the pH value. At pH=2.0-4.0 Cabbage Red Color produces a red color. At pH 7.0 and above, a blue or a green color is produces.
Applications: Cabbage Red Color is a kind of non-toxic natural color, it can be used in acidic foods such as soft drinks, jams, jell and yoghurt.
Storage: Protect from air, light and heat. Stored in cool conditions.
Package: 25kg Polythene Barrel (liquid) or 1kg plastic bag each in a paper box,all weigh 20 kg(powder).
