HARVEST

On bins 450 kg .. Stemming and Crushing. Sulfited 5 g / hl and the addition of Enzymes 1 g / hL Harvest date March-April 2011.

 

WINEMAKING

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures 26 and 28 º C for 6 to 8 days with selected yeasts. Brief maceration on their lees according to taste. Malolactic fermentation Sulphiting

Open pump over every 2 to 3 months.

Static cold tartaric stabilization and filtration

 

TASTING NOTES

Wine young red ruby tones. Typical fruity aroma of the variety with some fresh grass and light notes of vanilla. Good medium body and tannin final balanced, good persistence.
