This cheese makes an excellent ntry level?goat cheese for the consumer who wants to try something different but will shy away from the usually assertive taste of traditional goat cheese. Cablanca is also very low in cholesterol
Taste:
It has the characteristic ang?of goat milk but is milder than traditional unpasteurised goat milk cheese.
Serving suggestions:
It is perfect to complement salads and other light dishes. Thanks to its delicate flavour and white colour it also just right for the cheese board.
