Made entirely from sun burnt sugarcane grown right on the farm in an organic process (dully certified by Brazilian standard organization) , hand cut and crushed immediately to preserve the freshness of the juice, Our cachaca is distilled in traditional Alambic stills and then aged one year in oak barrels before being bottled. The Brazilian spirit can be enjoyed on its own or as the main ingredient in the popular Caipirinha cocktail.
