This system is suitable for cake to be loaded in plastic tray packing request, Such as Steam cake,Sandwich cake, Mooncake etc.
Sorting conveyors draw out products space with conveyor speed difference,Aligning device to baffle products and make them in lines further, Sinking conveyor transports products down to receving conveyor, then to redirection conveyor and autoamtic feeding conveyor; Tray dispenser take trays and feed them to packing machine’s conveyor, Meanwhile, the automatic feeding conveyor feed and load products into tray, then for packing. Fully automatic packing utility.
Packing way:
1. With tray or without tray are for choice.
2. 1 pc/tray and 2 pcs/tray are for choice, or customized request.
3. Dessicant dispenser are avaliable
