4. Physical properties: White and odorless powder; slightly hygroscopic; hardly soluble in water and almost insoluble in Ethanol. When heated to 100℃, it will lose crystal water gradually; as heated to 120℃, the crystal will lose all of its crystal water.

6. Usage: In food industry, it is used as chelating agent, buffer, coagulant, and calcareous intensifying agent, mainly applied to dairy product, jam, cold drink, flour, cake, and so on.
7. Packing: In 25kg composite plastic woven/ paper bag with PE liner.
8. Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse and kept away from moisture, heat and poisonous substances. Handled with care, so as to avoid damage to packing bags.
