Welcome to the Calcium Lactate PLUS web pages! Over the past three years, chemical engineers at Dr. Paul Lohmann GmbH KG in Emmerthal, Germany have developed an exciting new concept in calcium fortification.
Our goal was to deliver a robust, efficient and easy-to-handle calcium source for beverage and water-based food fortification that provides excellent value for money.
The result was a mineral blend of calcium lactate and malic acid -Calcium Lactate PLUS. Its solubility and its calcium content completely outclasses the ordinary calcium lactate!
