Cesarin's candied fruit is it's core business both for tradition and importance: the production methods have been handed down through the years and perfected along the way. The final products created with a traditional method, by means of a slow osmotic process, preserve all the physical properties such as the smell, consistency, form and colour of the fruit, while acquiring the flavour typical of the best workmanship. Cesarin Candied Fruit, in all it's varied forms ( whole fruit, slices, halved fruit, canali and bars) and thanks to it's captivating range of colours and flavours finds it's best use is not only as a filling in baked goods but also as an ingredient for the decoration of sweets and ice cream.
