1. Description

It comes from the pulp of mature coconut. Abundant coconut milk can be used for adjusting the taste of cooked foods with sweet taste and salty taste.

It is sterilized and packed in pop can of 425 ml type.

60% extractive of coconut, water, adhesion promoter :guar gum

Color: white, with slight shadows

Texture: fluid, similar with “milk”

3.3 Features of microorganism

Cultivating and testing for lasting one week under the temperature of 37℃-55℃ (NF V08-401/microorganism foods, disinfect products and related stable control system). PH control and steamed products in variation should be in the middle of 0.5 PH unit.

4. How to use/store

Buy & use. It can be used for cocktail reception, family dining, preparation of dessert and candies…

Store in the cool and dry place before opening (ideal temperature: 20℃)

No Refrigeration is required. This product will appear solidification, consolidation and phase displacement by following time, so it is better to eat before the marked date on the coverage.

Store in 0℃-4℃ after unsealing and eat within three days.
