 Prepared from sound and healthy apples. Fruits are peeled, pitted, cut into approximate cubes, packed in light syrup made from sucrose only and processed by heat in hermetically sealed containers to attain commercial sterility. The product shall not contain GMO product and shall be Koshered.

Reasonably bright, but equal to or better than a typical light yellowish-white or light beige-white color. May possess slight discoloration due to oxidation, coring or other causes which no more than slightly affects appearance and/or edibility.

Characteristic of ripened apples; no oxidized, bitter, fermented or other off Flavors or odors.
