Our primary products include: candied ginger, ginger in brine, frozen tilapia, catfish, red drums, pasteurized and/or frozen crabmeats, clams, mussels, frozen vegetables and fruits, dehydrated vegetables and fruits, canned mushrooms and asparagus. Our signature candied ginger was selected ten years ago as Royal food in England and continues to be served in the Royal Family today. We provide 70%-75% of candied ginger sold in the Europe
