| CULTIVATED HEART OF PALM |
Once the raw material arrives, it is peeled, selected and cut in from the setm, then it is placed in final can (container) and it is weighed. Liquid is added at 85º C and cans are sealed to be pasteurized.

They come from wild palm trees and are larger than cultivated ones.
The process is similar to cultivated heart of palm.
