HOW TO PREPARE
Remove the piece from the freezer (whilst frozen) , add salt and pepper, dust the piece in flour and brown it in a frying pan. Remove and keep cold until it is fully thawed. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees with a small base of stock in the tray.
OUR RECOMMENDATION
Use a red fruit sauce with a garnish of baked apple.
