5.The beverage feedback system is well designed, the gas can be fed back separately, has no contact with beverage, reduce the second time pollution and oxidation.

6.This machine can meet all the technical requirements for carbon dioxide drink filling. All filling valves and beverage conduction pipes can be cleaned. There is automatic washing interface which is used to connect CIP system.

7.Before filling, the RO water washing device is used to wash the bottle mouth to keep mildew away from the bottle. Magnetic torque is used for screw capping the power of screw capping can be adjusted step-less.

8.It can use constant power to screw changing technology is used in this machine. The cap, feeding system can be controlled automatically.  When no bottles available, the machine will be in waiting state and no caps will be applied. When no caps available or the bottles are jammed, the machine will stop automatically.
