HARVEST    

On bins 450 kg .Stemming and Crushing. Sulfited 5 g/hl and the addition of Enzymes 1 g / hL Harvest date in April.

 

WINEMAKING

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures 26 and 28 º C for 6 to 8 days with selected yeasts. Brief maceration on their lees according to taste. Malolactic fermentation. Open pump over every 2 to 3 months. Static cold tartaric stabilization and filtration.

 

TASTING NOTES

Young wine with ruby red color with shades of blue. Fruty and herbaceous aroma characteristic of the variety complemented by light oak tones. Soft on the palate, medium body and balanced final.
