We specialize in carrot of the Bangor F1 Hybrid variety. It produces a heavy yield of excellent quality with large cylindrical roots. The extraordinary quality of these carrots comes from growing them in the highest lands of Costa Rica, at more than 3000 meters high, by the Irazú and Turralba volcanoes. The secret to obtaining a high brix degree, or high level of sweetness, relies on the altitude at which the carrot is being cultivated; you can prove this by looking at the heart of our carrots… the smaller the heart the sweeter the carrot.
