2.Buyer counter signs the Full Corporate Offer and sends it back to the Seller together with the LOI or ICPO
3.Buyer issue âs draft contract to seller for negotiations.
4.Buyer and Seller sign the final contract after making amendments, if any.
5: Buyer will send the letter of credit
6.Delivery : 21 After receive the L/C
