Brief info
Cassia is grown in some regions of Vietnam but mainly in Yen Bai and Thanh Hoa provinces, where the soil, the weather is very favourable for growing high quality cassia. Besides, cassia is also grown in Quang Ninh province with a little lower quality, in Da Nang with very good quality but high price. Cassia is not so much influenced by the weather as Star Aniseed. Therefore, the yearly output is rather stable, making the prices changing in a smaller range.
