Characteristics: The Poculum Cava is a cava born from a selection of the best most established vineyards of the property. We praise this cava for its full body and structure without losing its finesse and magnificent aroma. It is a golden-yellow colour with fine, slow and continuous sparkling bubbles. It has a fresh and elegant nose, an aroma of ripe fruit: apple and peach. Its palate is full-flavoured, balanced in its acidity. A Subtle, fresh, long and persistent finish.
