Cellulase is extracted from the fermentation solution which is produced by fermenting Trichoderma koningii which is a fruitful strain. This enzyme is being used in textile,feed,alcohol,fuel alcohol,beer fermentation,extract medicine,etc.

In the condition of 50 degrees,pH4.8,the amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze the substance of cellulase in one hour to producing 1mg glucose.

Four.Using methods

1.Textile industry.Using this enzyme can improve the fabric quality.The recommended added amount is as follows:2.5-5g per one kg of fabrics(the proportion of water and clothes is 5:1);5-10g per one kg fabrics(the proportion of water and clothes is 10:1).

2.Feed industry.As the feed additive,it can improve the feed absorbtance,and raise animals’weight speedly and immunity.The recommended added amount is 0.1-0.5 percent.

3.Alcohol industry.It can destroy plants’ cytoderm,and promote release of starch and degradation of cellulose to improve alcohol output.

The package of liquid is innoxious plastic cask.The inside pack of powder is innoxious plastic bag(1kg per bag),and extrenal pack of powder is paper box(20kg per box).
