LLC ZAGORA Ecobiotech Ukraine is an up-to-date manufacturing with a full cycle processing of sunflower seeds. The company was founded in 2003. The plant is located in the southern Ukraine (Kherson city). This is not accidental as this region is known for high quality and tradition of sunflower cultivation, while sunflower oil is produced from its seeds. The company produces natural and environmentally-friendly product – cold pressed extra virgin sunflower oil, refined deodorized oil which is sold in original PET-bottles with a bright label and brand cover. These attributes help to keep brand awareness. The combination of unique design, high quality and fair price allow us to compete directly on the Ukrainian and international markets of sunflower oil.

The mission of company is to provide an accostable sunflower oil with high health benefits to a customer; to progress continuously; to preserve the natural environment around the manufacturing plant as it was. This is facilitated by established processing chain of manufacturing of environmentally-friendly sunflower oil made exclusively trough the method of double pressing. The ongoing improving of manufacturing process provides an opportunity to produce oil with a high nutritional value and keep natural vitamin complex. The developed range of natural environment protection measures allows us to produce environmentally-friendly sunflower oil and minimizing the negative consequences for nature.

The Ekobiotech-Ukraine plant is a high-tech production of refined deodorized sunflower oil from high quality natural raw materials.
The production process consists of several stages of crude sunflower oil processing:
The company undertook a renovation in 2017-18. to increase production capacity, and today the plant can produce up to 100 tons of refined sunflower oil per day. The successful operation of production is possible thanks to the availability of Italian high-tech equipment, streamlined technological processes and constant laboratory quality control.
Only natural raw materials of high quality without GMO are used for production.
The company has its own certified laboratory, which constantly monitors primary raw materials and finished products at all stages of production.
Thus, the production creates natural high-quality refined sunflower oil of the "P" brand.
Finished products can be sent in bulk to tank trucks or flexi tanks (when shipped in containers), or packed in a car or sea container.
Packing of finished products on the filling line is possible in PET bottles with a volume of 0.5 l, 0.85 l, 1 l, 3 l, 5 l, 10 l. Additionally, it can be packed in cans of 16 and 18 liters. An individual approach to each transaction provides for the flexibility of conditions according to the requests of each buyer. Therefore, the company also offers its customers additional services related to product packaging:
The plant provides its customers with only high-quality materials for packing and packaging of refined sunflower oil, and also guarantees reliable and safe loading of finished products into vehicles for further transportation.
The highest quality of products manufactured by Zagora Ecobiotech-Ukraine LLC is confirmed by awards of the All-Ukrainian competition entitled "100 Best Products of Ukraine 2014", as well as the following awards received in the process of many years of participation at international and regional exhibitions in the category "Food Products":
1. Refined deodorized sunflower oil frozen products manufactured by Zagora Ecobiotech-Ukraine LLC was awarded a diploma of a participant in the All-Ukrainian product quality contest "100 best goods of Ukraine" at the regional level in the category "Food products" in 2005.
2. Unrefined frozen sunflower oil produced by Ecobiotech-Ukraine LLC was awarded a diploma for reaching the final of the All-Ukrainian product quality contest “100 best goods of Ukraine” (nomination “Food products”) at the regional level in 2006.
3. Mayonnaise "Provencal" TM "Gold of Tavria" received a diploma of the participant of the All-Ukrainian competition of product quality "100 best goods in Ukraine" at the regional level in the nomination "Food products" in 2006.
4. Sunflower oil produced by Zagora Ecobiotech-Ukraine LLC received a diploma of the winner of the All-Ukrainian product quality contest “100 best goods of Ukraine” at the regional level in the category “Food products” in 2009.
5. The team of Zagora Ecobiotech-Ukraine LLC for a significant contribution to the revival of the food industry of the city of Kherson was awarded a certificate of honor of the head of the city.
6. Refined deodorized frozen sunflower oil brand "P" from Ecobiotech-Ukraine LLC received a diploma for participation in the All-Ukrainian product quality competition "100 best goods of Ukraine" in the nomination "Products. Groceries ”in 2010.
7. TM "Gold of Tavria" (environmentally friendly sunflower oil) was awarded a diploma for participation in the 17th international exhibition "Food Expo Ukraine" in 2011.

Zagora Ecobiotech-Ukraine LLC has a Ukrainian Organic Standard certificate, which confirms the full compliance of our products with environmental standards for organic products (or bio-products). In addition to the possibility of using the Bio- and Eco- prefixes in the names of the oil, we are given the opportunity to sell our products according to a simplified procedure in European countries with the most stringent requirements for the quality of food products.
