BRUT TRADITION
A Champagne brand is judged on its basic cuvée.
The Brut Tradition champagne is supple and fruity in taste with supple and harmonious aromas.
This cuvée is produced using the traditional assemblage of the three grape varieties of the Champagne region:
1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Pinot Meunier.
In order to maintain consistency of taste from one year to the next, reserve wines are used to complete the assemblage process.
Aged for at least 2 years in the cellars.
Dosage (Sugar): 8 - 9 g/l
BRUT ROSÉ
Strong bouquet and subtle aromas of soft fruit.
Full-bodied with perfect fruitiness. Its colour is perfectly set off by a transparent bottle.
1/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Pinot Meunier, 1/3 Chardonnay.
Aged for 3 years in the cellar.
Dosage (Sugar): 8 g/
