Chanterelles (Cantarellus cibarius)
Chanterelles are edible mushrooms with spicy smell and mild taste. These mushrooms have a beautiful ochre yellow colour and a characteristic outside form. In comparison to other well known mushrooms chanterelles are easier to gather and simpler to process.
