Terroir & Vinification:

The Domaine for this great Réserve is located northwest of the beautiful
town of Pezenas in the Languedoc-Roussillon area. The vineyard spreads
over 37 hectar of best vine cultivating land where the grapes grow on a clay
and schistose soil full of rich minerals. Additionally the sun exposure is very
high while cool winds keep the grapes dry to gain their optimum maturity.
The production of this exceptional wine is limited to 25.000 bottles per year.

 

Dégustation:

This sophisticated cuvée is made of the finest selected Merlot and
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. With a fine ruby red colour and purple
hints. The intense aromas of ripe red and black berries as Raspberry
and black currants are complemented by subtle spicy notes.
The palate is silky and smooth, well balanced with a pleasing fruitiness.
Serve with grilled or marinated red meat, kebabs or spicy chicken,
lamb chops with herbs or a mature cheese. Served ideal at 18°C.
