Saint Emilion is without a doubt one of the most renowned wine regions in the world and this Grand Cru is wonderful!
A Chateau located in the heart of Saint-Emilion, inhereted from father to son from the end of the 18 th century. Pierre Mirande at Ch. la Rose Côtes Rol is a young and enthusiastic winemaker, blending his family traditions with new skills and techniques to produce superb St. Emilion Grand Cru wines.
Beautiful ruby color with garnet highlights. The nose; fine, elegant and floral, unveils beautiful hints of kirsch and at the end vanilla. The mouth is superb and thin, tight and bright. It combines notes of red fruit jam, Cherries and cassis with great elegance. The finish is long and detailed, with lovely aromas of vanilla, enhanced by a great freshness, a sign of a great terroir.
