Cheese Buds? give you highly concentrated cheese flavor to contribute and/or enhance cheese flavor in all kinds of prepared foods. Typical usage levels are between 0.25% and 3.0%, and at those levels their fat contribution is negligible. Cheese Buds-Ex products are "super concentrated" to deliver twice the flavor strength of standard Cheese Buds-reg- specifications. Cheese Buds? varieties include Cheddar, Cheddar-Ex, Aged Cheddar, Parmesan, Parmesan-Ex, Romano, Gouda, Feta, Bleu, Asiago, Swiss and Cream Cheese.
