• The tasting notes describe a bright white cheese with the aroma of fresh goat’s milk that is mild and milky in flavour, compact on cutting and grainy in texture with a white rind.
• Shelf life is 10 to 15 days from the date of manufacture.
• Available in 1 and 4 kg wheels and 350 g wedges (in mainland Spain, the wedges are 225 g).
