Soft:

• From the island of Fuerteventura.

• Made from pasteurised Majorera goat’s milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt.

• Natural coating.

• The tasting notes describe a white, slightly ivory-toned cheese with the characteristic aroma of soft goat’s cheese at room temperature that is mild and milky in Flavour, compact on cutting and creamy in texture with a yellowy-white rind.

• Matures between 8 and 20 days.

• Shelf life of 6 months from packaging.

Medium and Paprika Medium

• From the island of Fuerteventura.

• Made from pasteurised Majorera goat’s milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt.

• Natural, roasted maize meal or paprika coating.

• The tasting notes describe a slightly ivory-coloured cheese with the characteristic aroma of semi-hard goat’s cheese at room temperature that is creamy, milky and slightly sharp in flavour with sweet hints of goat’s milk, compact on cutting and creamy in texture with a yellowy-dull brown rind.

• Matures between 20 and 60 days.

• Shelf life of 12 months from packaging.

Paprika Mature

• From the island of Fuerteventura.

• Made from pasteurised Majorera goat’s milk, rennet and salt.

• Natural coating.

• The tasting notes describe a bright white cheese with the aroma of fresh goat’s milk that is mild and milky in flavour, compact on cutting and grainy in texture with a white rind.

• Shelf life is 10 to 15 days from the date of manufacture.
